• Cut & Fill plan
• Shaping plan
• Drainage execution plan
• Irrigation system plan (layout of pipes, electrical cables, map of coverings)
• Greens and Greens surrounds details
• Detailed plans of tees, fairways, bunkers
• Plan of seeding and plant setting of trees and shrubs
• Detailed agronomic report (including geographical context and analysis of macro and micro areas; pedological study with detailed evaluation of the samples taken and analysis of possible problems; selection of the most suitable turf grass, shrub and tree species; technologies to apply on construction; all those points are assessed for complete environmental sustainability).
• Detailed geological report with analysis of agricultural soil, subsoil and possible problems connected to the golf use of that specific soil.
• Detailed hydraulic report with analysis of water supply sources, estimate of necessary water volume with annual, monthly and daily count. Particular attention is paid to the objective aimed at significantly reducing water withdrawals.
• Report on the future management of turfgrass (detailed procedure concerning the carrying out of every single maintenance operation, schedules, labour and required machine park are also detailed; all those points are assessed for complete environmental sustainability).
