Thanks to its technicians, CroceGolf has been active in the environmental sector since 1994. It is the first Italian group to deal with environmental problems: initially, back in 1994, with its technicians belonging to the Ecology Unit of E.G.A. (European Golf Association), then with the creation of the project Committed to Green supported by the Italian Golf Federation and later on with the presence inside the European institutions Committed to Green, Golf Environment Europe, and today the Golf Environment Organisation. In this field, CroceGolf takes on assignments for the drafting of Environmental Impact Assessment, Impact Assessment for Sites of Community Importance (SCI), G.E.O. certifications (Golf Environment Organisation, ISO 14.001, E.M.A.S.).
